No reservations/ exchange/ refunds/ negotiations will be entertained. All items sold are described as accurately to their conditions.
However, should you notice defects on the item, please report to me IMMEDIATELY within 24hrs upon receiving of goods.
In such case, return is to be done within 2 days else it'll be considered as void.

In order to serve everyone better, we will be allowing full refund/ exchange for items above SGD300 with a grace period of 3 days upon receiving of item.
Exchange item must be of same value/ higher than the first purchased item.
Item has to be of it's original condition; wrapped and unused. However, shipment back to us will have to be borne by yourself.
Return/ Exchange will be based on case by case basis.

Payments Methods
FULL payments are to be made within 48 hours on confirmation of orders otherwise it will be cancelled automatically. I accept all major banks transfer (ATM/ IB)

Kindly quote ref no. for my good reference. For payment from other banks other than listed above or credit cards, please keep me informed beforehand, likewise for international buyers.

For payments via paypal/ Alertpay, please email to me. I do not accept cheques & cash orders.

Shipment Fees
All prices quoted already include postage fees.
